These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rebuildr desktop application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by the Rebuildr team ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Rebuildr is a Windows desktop application that helps you capture your system configuration into an encrypted "Rebuild Pack", optimize and secure your PC, and restore your setup after a reformat. Certain features (Cloud Vault, Gaming Profiles, License Vault, priority support) are gated to paid plans as described on our Pricing page.
Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, in advance, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of everything inside your Rebuild Packs. Because Cloud Vault uses zero-knowledge encryption, we have no access to and make no claim over the contents of your packs — see our Privacy Policy.
Rebuildr's Driver Center and Optimizer surface updates and tweaks sourced from official vendor channels. We are not the author of third-party drivers or applications and are not responsible for their behavior once installed; always review what you're installing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". System optimization and driver updates carry inherent risk; while Rebuildr is designed to be safe and reversible (backups before applying tweaks), we do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or that any specific performance result will be achieved on your hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuildr and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Rebuildr team is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
