Every paid Rebuildr plan — Pro and Ultra, billed monthly or annually — includes a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
If you're not happy with Rebuildr for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase or renewal charge, and we'll refund it in full. We don't require a reason, and we don't run you through a retention flow first.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmation. Funds typically appear back on your original payment method within an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your access to paid features ends when the refund is processed.
Outside the 14-day guarantee, refunds are evaluated case-by-case — for example, a billing error, duplicate charge, or a renewal you clearly intended to cancel beforehand. Reach out and we'll work it out fairly; annual plans cancelled mid-term outside the guarantee window are not prorated by default.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of refund requests directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
