End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the Rebuildr team governing your installation and use of the Rebuildr desktop application (the "Software"). Installing or running the Software means you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and, where applicable, an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.

2. License tiers

• Free — 1 Rebuild Pack (stored locally), manual driver & app update checks, BIOS checklist, and local logs, on devices you own.
• Pro / Ultra — additional features (PC Optimizer, Security Hardening, Secure Vault, Expert Zone, encrypted cloud backup, multi-PC sync, priority support) unlocked per your active subscription tier, as described on our Pricing page. Feature access is tied to your account and may be limited to a reasonable number of concurrently-active devices to prevent sharing outside your household or team.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding within the Software.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
• Circumvent license checks, subscription gating, or usage limits.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Your data & content

Your Rebuild Packs and their contents remain yours. See our Privacy Policy for how data is collected and encrypted, and our Terms of Service for the broader terms governing the Service.

6. Updates

The Software may periodically check for and install updates to provide new features, performance improvements, and security fixes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every optimization or driver update will be compatible with every hardware configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our aggregate liability under this EULA is capped at the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

10. Export & compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Software.
